Brand Update ("we", "our", or "us") is a subscription-based digital SaaS product. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. Free Trial
The 2-day free trial requires no payment. Since no charge is made, no refund is applicable for the trial period. Your trial ends automatically — there is no auto-charge.
2. Subscription Plans
Our Premium plan is billed monthly at ₹1,300/month. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing, you agree to recurring monthly charges until you cancel.
3. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending a message on WhatsApp or emailing us at [email protected]
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to all features until your billing period ends
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period
4. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of your first payment
- To be eligible for a refund: (a) the request must be made within 7 days of the first charge, and (b) you must not have used the service to publish more than 10 posts
- After the 7-day window, or if significant usage has occurred, refunds are not available
- Subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at [email protected] with your registered phone number and reason for the refund request
- Or message us on WhatsApp
- Include your payment receipt or transaction ID if available
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (UPI, card, or bank account)
- You will receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated
7. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Partial months or unused days after cancellation
- Requests made after the 7-day window from first payment
- Accounts that have published more than 10 posts
- Monthly renewal charges (only first payment is eligible)
- Accounts terminated due to policy violations
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
